Abuse reporting system

As a member of the GLS Group, iLogistic Kft. operates a whistleblowing system in compliance with its obligations under Act XXV of 2023 on complaints, reports in the public interest, and rules relating to the reporting of abuse (Complaints Act). The abuse reporting system allows employees, business partners, and other stakeholders of iLogistic Kft. to report illegal or suspected illegal acts or omissions, as well as information related to them.

iLogistic Kft. provides the following channels for reporting abuse:

Reports can be made in the following ways:

  • electronically via the EQS Integrity Line website;
  • verbally, by telephone, or by voice recording;
  • in writing, by letter sent to a postal address, or electronically in the form of an email message, and also to the designated "Contact form" submission

The reporting person is entitled to make the report anonymously, without providing their personal details. However, the investigation may be omitted if the right to report cannot be established, or if the person concerned by the report or the content of the report cannot be identified.

All reports are treated confidentially!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you will only enjoy the protection of the Complaints Act if, at the time of reporting, there were sufficient grounds to believe that your report was true.
